T.J. Assemblies is a leading manufacturer of bobbins, coil forms, and electronic components tailored for the coil winding and electronics industries. Our product catalog includes a comprehensive range of standard bobbins designed for motors, relays, transformers, chokes, and ballasts, as well as toroid mounts, headers, and other components.

In addition to these standard offerings, we provide custom-designed bobbins and thermoplastic components, with or without terminal assembly, to meet specific manufacturing and production needs. We also offer contract pinning and terminating services, specializing in various terminations for bobbins and thermoplastic components, including wire pins, stamped or formed terminals, and rivets.

Our cost-effective in-house tooling and manufacturing utilize robotics, CAD/CAM technologies, and advanced high-production automatic or semi-automatic microprocessor-controlled equipment. This approach ensures reduced costs, enhanced quality, and superior performance of our finished products.
